Job Description

We are Intel's unmanned aerial vehicles UAV team. Formed by recent acquisitions, we are a small but successful startup within Intel and operate in a highly dynamic and largely independent environment. We are looking for a passionate Account Manager to become a part of the Munich team and drone organization. Reporting to the Drone Groups Business Development Manager EMEA in the New Technology Group, your role will combine Account Managing and Business Developing responsibilities.You will be responsible to understand and support the customers' business drivers and needs, removing barriers to enable customer growth and generating sales revenue.Additionally, you will help the team to uncover and evaluate new opportunities, being new customers, markets or new technologies and applications in the drone industry. Developing and implementing strategies to address the discovered opportunities within an international and an inter-divisional team will also be part of your job.

Main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Maintain and develop the technical aspects of our customer relationship with key partners in EMEA and Asia
Discuss and demonstrate the value proposition of the Intel drone ecosystem: software, hardware, analytics.
Advocate Intel's expanding product portfolio to address the strategic direction of drones and the synergies with Intel's core businesses.
Understand customers technical, commercial and operational opportunities, challenges and constraints
Facilitate conversation between Intel's interconnected teams to provide resolution to customers issues
Engage and qualify new customers opportunities.
Perform Market research, identifying and evaluating opportunities and strategies to win them
Align Business Development efforts with other departments such as Product Management

Other responsibilities:

Assist with pre-sales activities including product presentation
Visit trade shows and customers
Work with Intel tools to create quotes and support customers through ordering process
Help drive Go To Market GTM operations
Drive customers success


Qualifications

Degree Bachelor or Master in Business Engineering or International Business/ Business Administration with a technical orientation or equivalent.
Previous experience as Account Manager or Business Developer
Comfortable working in self-motivating environment
Strong communications and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in cross-cultural and cross-functional teams
Ability to grasp complex workflows of hard- and software driven drone technology
Willingness to travel internationally
Fluency in English is an absolute must, both written and spoken
Good knowledge of standard Microsoft Office Programs, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel

Additional qualifications include:

Customer orientation
Additional software skills/ ability to work with and adopt new software tools is beneficial
Background in computing technologies, drones, or industrial markets is a plus
Willingness to learn, creativity and attention to detail
Willingness to work in a fast-changing environment
