Job description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic engineer interested in supporting hardware development of Intel's latest automotive products in the area of Software Defined Cockpit SDC as well as Autonomous Driving AD area. In this position, you will be part of the hardware development team at Intel's Automotive Center in Karlsruhe, and mainly responsible for the integration of complex CAD projects by leading and coordinating an international team of Domain Experts.


Qualifications

Skills:
Leading and coordinating international Engineering teams for the integration of complex CAD projects
Responsible for schematic and layout design process and execution
Supporting technical editors and publisher with all mandatory design documents for documentation purposes
Supporting data planner for Bill of Material BOM purposesExperienced in Mentor DxDesigner and Xpedition Enterprise solution
Experience in hardware development toolchain
Experience in hardware design engineer activity in embedded or automotive systems is an advantage
Self-motivated, well organized, excellent communication and influencing skills good communicator, motivator, listener
Ability to work independently and successfully under tight project deadlines within cross-functional internal, external and sub-con teams

Education:
Master's Degree or Graduate Engineer in HW Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
At least 5+ years of experience in the area of HW Engineering.
Self-motivated, well organized, excellent communication and influencing skills good communicator, motivator, listener.
Ability to work independently and successfully under tight project deadlines within cross-functional internal, external and sub-con teams.
Experience in working on international projects is beneficial, you should be prepared to travel as required.
Fluent in English is required
Automotive system knowledge with a good understanding of OEM, TIER1 and end-user requirements is advantageous.
